Former XM Employee Embezzles $1 Million: Former XM employee Brenda Jones has been convicted in a scheme to steal about $1 million from satellite radio company. The 46 year old has plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the theft of more than $900,000. Jones is looking at about two-and-a-half years in prison and must pay back the money.
